Helicopter Tours in Destin
Enjoy the lovely views of the Emerald Coast from high in the sky. It is great fun for the all members of your family, and rides range from about 5 to 30 minutes long. You can opt for 4 different packages, offering rides that start with a short 5-mile jaunt, to a more extensive 40-mile trip, all with knowledgeable pilots who will make you feel at home. During the ride, you will be given headsets in which to communicate with each other.
The packages offered are:
Introduction Beach Tour
This tour is 5 miles long and is fantastic for kids or anyone who is a novice to flying in a helicopter.
Harbor Run Tour
This is a 10 mile tour, in which you will ride around over the beautiful beaches, along the harbor all the way to Choctawhatchee Bay.
Shark Run Tour
This 20 mile tour starts at the beach and heads towards Sandestin and Topsail Hill Preserve. You may even catch a glimpse of dolphins or sharks in the water below.
Seaside Tour
The Seaside Tour is perfect for people around the 30A area. It starts at the beach, and heads east along the dunes, where you can see all of the beautiful seaside towns along the way to Seaside.
- The flights run daily from 10-7 in June through September.
- Each helicopter can only hold 3 passengers at most.
- You have to be at least 18 to book a helicopter trip. Children under 18 are required to have an adult accompanying them.
- There is a 2 person minimum on all packages
