Destin Guided Kayak Fishing Tours
The 4 to 6 hour Destin guided kayak fishing tours are some of the most fun to be had. You and 2 of your friends will be able to get up close and personal with saltwater fish like never before, and you will have a kayak fisherman as your guide to help if need be. A snack and drinks will be made available to you as well. A cooler with ice to take the fish home is NOT provided and it is suggested that you bring one from home.
The primary goal of these kayak fishing tours is to catch big game and specific fish*, and bait and tackle is included with the tour. You will be taught how to fish in a Hobie kayak, and then you will get to experience the increasingly popular means of saltwater fishing. Just make sure to bring your Florida fishing license, as they are required for any fishing activity.
Kayak tours are available year round for both morning and afternoon times. Please schedule at least 2 days in advance to ensure your desired times.
*Fish vary with season and conditions.
For bay fishing, they are: Black Snapper, Flounder, Redfish, Speckled Trout and Black Drum.
For near shore fishing, they are: Bluefish, Whiting, Pompano, Sheepshead and Spanish Mackeral
For open ocean fishing, they are: Sailfish, Tarpon, King Mackeral, Cobia, Bull Redfish, among others
For bottom fishing, they are: AmberJacks, Grouper, Triggerfish, and Red Snapper
